Help & contact

Open Your orders for live progress on anything still being prepared, or use Track an order with the reference printed on your receipt. Both update on their own while the kitchen is working.

Once an order reaches the kitchen it can only be changed by the restaurant. Call the restaurant you ordered from as soon as possible — the numbers are listed above.

Check Your orders first. If the order appears there, it reached the restaurant and you do not need to pay again. If nothing appears and you were charged, call the restaurant with your order reference.

Delivery is offered by some restaurants only, and each one sets its own delivery area and minimum order. Choose Delivery and enter your address — the app checks it against the restaurant’s live delivery area before you pay.

Please call the restaurant before ordering. Dishes are cooked in shared kitchens, so a note added to an order is not a substitute for speaking to the team about an allergy.
