What we collect

To place and support an order we use the details you enter at checkout: your name, phone number, email address, any delivery address you choose, and the notes you add to an order.

• Order contents, totals and the restaurant you ordered from.
• A delivery address, only when you choose delivery.
• Your saved addresses and member points, when you are signed in.

How it is used

Your details are sent to the restaurant you ordered from so it can prepare, deliver and support your order. Order history, saved addresses and member points are linked to the email address you sign in with.

Accounts and guest ordering

Signing in uses a one-time code sent to your email address; the app does not ask you to create a password. Where a restaurant allows it you can order as a guest without an account, and the app will not keep an order history for you.

Payments

Card payments are handled by the payment provider configured by the restaurant you are ordering from. Your card details are entered on the provider's own secure page. This app never receives or stores your full card number.

Location

Location is used only to suggest your nearest restaurant and to check a delivery address, and only when you allow it. You can decline and still order by choosing a restaurant and typing an address yourself.
