Restaurant information is live

Menus, prices, availability, opening hours, preparation times, delivery areas and payment methods are supplied by each restaurant and can change during the day. What you see in the app is what the restaurant is currently publishing.

Placing an order

Check your restaurant, service, requested time and cart before you pay. Submitting an order sends it to the restaurant; it is accepted only once the restaurant confirms it. If a restaurant cannot accept your order, the app will say so on your order status.

• Pickup orders are collected from the restaurant you selected.
• Delivery is offered by some restaurants only, and each sets its own area, minimum order and fee.
• A scheduled time is a request for that time, not a guaranteed delivery or collection time.

Payment

Card payments are processed by the payment provider the restaurant has configured. Where a restaurant offers it, you can also choose to pay at the counter. If a payment result cannot be confirmed, check your order history before paying again, so you are not charged twice.

Changes, refunds and cancellations

Once an order has reached the kitchen, only the restaurant can change, cancel or refund it. Contact the restaurant directly and have your order reference ready.

Allergens

Dishes are prepared in shared kitchens where allergens are present, so the app cannot guarantee any dish is free from a specific allergen. If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, call the restaurant before ordering. A note added to an order is not a substitute for that conversation.
